Comstock Cemetery Visitors Center

​This is the door of the Comstock Cemetery Visitors Center. The transom depicts an intersection of Victorian and industrial style. It contains the address of the building, 1 Cemetery Road. An image that invoked the Victorian style and Industrial of the Comstock of the time.

The original door's glass panels were cracked and as was common, I replace them with stained glass in the same color tone of the transom to produce a cohesive scheme. The glass used in both the transom and the door was traditionally hand blown glass from Germany and Belgium to preserve the historic flavor of this project.
